2. Eligibility for Refunds

A full or partial refund may be issued under the following circumstances:

• The purchased service could not be initiated due to system errors on our side
• Duplicate transaction payments occurred accidentally during checkout
• The campaign remained completely unfulfilled past the estimated delivery window

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• An incorrect or invalid target link/username was submitted by the customer
• The user changes their target account privacy setting to private during active campaign delivery
• The order has already entered active dispatch queues

4. 30-Day Automated Refill Safeguard

Rather than issuing routine cancellations for natural count fluctuations caused by social platform updates, MixLikes provides a 30-day refill warranty. If your count drops, our automated checks replenish the difference for free.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on bank processing timelines.
